June Business Operations Update: COVID-19
As we race along towards the end of the financial year, we felt it timely to provide an update on our business operations .
Face to Face Meetings
We now have all staff working from the office under strict social distancing and personal hygiene protocols. From Monday 1st June, we will also be welcoming clients who wish to hold face to face meetings back into the office (the option to hold meetings via telephone or video conferencing will continue).
As part of the adjustment to a ‘new normal’, for the safety of our clients and staff we politely request that all clients attending face to face meetings adhere to the following protocols:
- Prior to entering our offices, please make use of the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance to the building.
- While in the office, please observe social distancing requirements by remaining 1.5m apart from other individuals where possible.
- Although a natural inclination will be to offer a handshake upon greeting, please refrain from doing so.
We expect all clients will assist us in doing our bit for the community by adhering to the above protocols.
